Our goal is to create lasting impact by equipping individuals with the skills and opportunities needed for job market success, empowering them to start businesses or work independently, and in turn, hire others. For example, if one graduate hires two people, it reduces unemployment; if a million graduates do the same, that creates two million jobs. To scale this impact, we seek partnerships with government bodies and private organizations/individuals, allowing us to reach more people and create even more opportunities.
